Why I Started Chalked Climber
Updated: Jun 12, 2019
This post is going to be a little different. I wanted to share with all of you why I started Chalked Climber and where I want it to go. It's just me getting my thoughts out on my phone; it's not polished but I want to show you where I'm coming from.
What I Want From Chalked Climber:
I want to meet and talk to other climbers and sports enthusiasts from around the world.
I want to help as many climbers as possible become the best climber they can be. By providing them with the best information for the top athletes and from my mistakes.
I want to talk about mental and emotional things that affect your climbing that no one talks about.
I want to be able to make a living for my future family by doing what I love, which is rock climbing and sports.
I love how much sports relate to life and how we can learn from sports and how it translates to life.
I want to help people become the best version of themselves, not focused on what others think. I want to help people be happy and find true happiness.
What I Want From My Podcast "What It Takes"
I want the podcast to show how much work goes into being a professional athlete and the journey to becoming one.
I want to learn from amazing athletes and apply stuff to my life to become a better athlete and person.
I want to inspire the next generation of athletes, by showing them what life as a professional athlete looks like and what it takes to get there.
I want to share my love of sports with the world and help more people fall in love with them like I did as a kid!
I want to show that you can achieve your goals and dreams if you put your mind to it and do whatever it takes to get there.
